Thanks for the great information.
I have been on FB for awhile now, and I don't have that many likes.
Why don't you stop by and say Hi?

How can I get people to see my Page, let alone Like it?

I encourage other artists, crafters, musicians, writers, bloggers to post updates, new listings, special offers, giveaways and the like I my page. In turn, I share these with my broader social networks, primarily twitter, but also linkedin, plurk, myspace too.

I have found that my buyers and clients enjoy seeing these kinds of posts with links to items that are of interest to them.

I discourage (and delete) "I fanned you" type posts. I have Discussion Threads set up for listing FB Pages and other social network sites. I started doing this a long while ago after three herbal clients asked, with a degree of annoyance and clear disinterest, what that was all about? It seems that this has been well received by the most active members of my Page and I've only had two folks respond to this practice in a negative way. So, I've continued this strategy with positive (though less-than-measurable) results.

As for what and how often to post … I post something most every day (except when I'm traveling). I don't post every new item I list, but I do post most of them, just to let folks know there's something new in the studio that they might want to check out. Whenever I have a blog update (a few times a week), I post a link to that too. Sometimes I post just to say hello … and ask what folks are up to that day … or post a reminder to show me new creations and listings so I can share it with others. Occasionally I post articles, videos and links to topics that have an appeal to one segment or another of my followers.

I also make the effort to respond to every post and comment that others make on my Page, after all - it's about the interaction and, as I like to say, about nurturing relationships.

I'm wondering about following up on give-away or any other form of promotion on facebook?
Say you ask for new fans and you want to reward them... how do you see who's new and who's not ??
I imagine that setting the emails setting to notify you will do the trick but is there anything within facebook that can help ??

I found your fb page by doing a search and liked it but there is nothing on your page-?  I could only identify it by your Kiosk.  Your jewelry and Artfire studio are beautiful.  They deserve to be seen and appreciated.
