1) Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are automaticaly calculated on checkout according to delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment clears (Monday to Friday). Since it is international shipping, delivery time takes about 10 -14 business days to arrive to most countries. To some countries or rural areas, it may take even longer time due to less frequent of airline and inspection across the border, situations over which we have no control.
If your products cannot be dispatched within this anticipated time, or if any other difficulties arise, we will email you and let you know it as soon as possible.
When your goods have been dispatched we will email you again to confirm that your goods have been dispatched.
Goods will be delivered worldwide.
Duties and Import Taxes are based on your country and are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office to find out more.

One of the most worrying aspects of buying online is the security of personal information and credit card details. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is securely encrypted.
3) Refunds and Returns
If a product offered by us is not as you imagined please return it to us in the same condition that you received it within 7 days, well packaged, for a full refund. Postage costs are not refundable. Please note that refunds will be offered once we have received the product back only.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
If an item is damaged on arrival or is found to be faulty please notify us within 24 hours by email. Send your item back within 3 days and we will either replace the item or refund your money.
An automatic confirmation is sent when you check out and then again when we have dispatched your order. Your personal details will not be shared with any third party.
