International orders will be sent via Turkish Post Airmail, registered mail with delivery confirm.

Europe 5 - 10 business days, USA and Canada about 15-20 business days and the rest of the world 4-5 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase so if there are any problems, please contact me through Artfire within 2 business days after receiving the item, so we can discuss a solution. Items must be mailed back within a week of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges.
