Ordered Canon 240 and 241 ink cartridges from the quickool vendor on 06/20/2021. They promptly issued an order number, charged my card $35.23 the same day and sent me a receipt with their contact information. After 3 or 4 days having heard nothing regarding a shipping date I emailed quickool inquiring about order status...crickets. Next day emailed again with no answer. Two days later I sent emails through the Artfire website with whom quickool posts their for sale items...and again no response...from either party. I am of the opinion that quickool is a scam and had no intention of sending me what I paid for. All they seemed interested in was taking the money. So others beware of this scam site. Service and responsibilities to customer order fulfillment seem to be less important than making sure the card gets charged. Artfire seems to be in the same category as quickool with their poor communication skills as I haven't heard from them either. I mean come on how hard is it to respond to an email? I will and recommend to others to avoid both sites and any affiliates at all costs in the future.
