Due to the handmade nature of my items, please keep in mind that each bead is unique and can vary in color or texture. Unless there was a mistake on my end, all sales are final; no returns or exchanges. If there is a significant issue with your item, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package. I am not responsible for any damage to the earrings after delivery (bending the ear posts, popping a bead off of a post, etc.).
Packages are insured and claims can be filed due to lost or damaged items. You must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for international locations for a claim to be filed for a lost and undelivered package. Lost claims for shipments sent to Italy require a 60 day wait before filing. Claims for damaged or missing items can be filed immediately. I will not discuss replacing non-delivered items until it has gone through claims.
Unless it is not noted in the listing, most, if not all of my earrings contain nickel free metals. I have purchased supplies for sensitive ears and they have been tested with 'Nickel Alert' to make sure that they are 100% free of nickel. I am not responsible for any other allergic reactions you may have with the metals- this goes for plated items, although the plated metals are nickel free- some people can only wear 14k, niobium, or titanium. Please make sure that you know if you have an allergy prior to purchase.

Processing times depend on the exact item and my turnaround time, if you need your package for an event or are in a rush please e-mail me prior to purchase. I cannot guarantee expedited shipment if you e-mail me after purchase!

I ship twice a week; Tuesdays and Fridays. I do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Please make sure your shipping address is always correct before placing an order. If an incorrect address is given and the item is sent back to me, I am not responsible for refunding shipping or paying shipping charges a second time.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class with added insurance. A tracking number is provided. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery in the US. Signature confirmation is available for an extra $2.55. Upgrades are also available.
To keep shipping costs low, I use USPS First Class International. This shipping method can take as little as 7-14 days and up to 45 days for delivery. If you expect your items within a week or two- this is not the shipping method for you, I would INSIST that you upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery.
It is required by law to declare the actual value of the package contents on Customs labels. Customers are responsible for any VAT, taxes or tariffs or importation duties charged by their local Customs office/government based on the actual value of the item as declared on the customs label.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class International Package Service with 'Delivery Confirmation' and insurance included on shipments to: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.
Countries that do not include delivery confirmation will still be shipped with insurance.
However, insurance is not available for packages being shipped to Afghanistan, Angola, Brazil, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico (Truck/rail shipments to and within other than as a connecting conveyance), Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela. Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.
I no longer ship USPS First Class International to Norway. To avoid future issues, orders to Norway will only be sent USPS Priority Mail International.
Delivery dates range depending on country, although international orders can take as little as 3 weeks and up to 8 weeks to arrive. I have no control over delivery times for overseas orders or the length it takes to go through customs. In certain cases, I have noticed my packages are being delivered within 2 weeks to many countries, with the shortest time being a week to France. PLEASE WAIT 45 DAYS FOR PARCELS TO BE DELIVERED PRIOR TO CONTACTING ME ABOUT LOST PACKAGES. I know its a very long wait, but unfortunately I cannot file a claim until after 45 days.
