Each gingham check is outlined in black

This is polished cotton and has a sheen to it, hence the glare that you see in some of the pics showing you the shine

This shiny effect will disappear if you wash the fabric, so if you want the sheen to remain, don't wash it. I do not know if the shine will go away if it is dry cleaned

This is a long piece of fabric measuring 84" x 20", or 2 yards 12" long x 20" wide

Decorator weight cotton fabric non-stretch

I used this fabric for the backing on a large Christmas quilt

Note that he checks are different size measuring 3/8" to 5/8"
