All Grandma, Mommy, Daddy, Bereavement, and Personalized Jewelry will take 3 weeks to create, plus shipping time. During peak seasons, it may take longer. For other items, (unless stated otherwise, please allow 10 business days for the fabrication of each item, plus shipping time. Due to the handmade nature of each item, pictures are a representation, as each piece will have its uniqueness.

Payment

Jewelry will be mailed pending Paypal, credit card, and e-check approval. We provide complementary lovely gift boxes with each order. California buyers will be assessed a sales tax.


Shipping

All jewelry items are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. As per Paypal rules, we will only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Please contact us if you would like to have insurance added to your package prior to mailing. Items totaling over $100.00, or at our discretion, may be sent with a signature verification at the time of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please give us the opportunity to address your concern. Your satisfaction is extremely important and we strive to provide you with jewelry that you will enjoy. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defective craftsmanship for up to one year of normal usage. Please note that due to the glass nature of the lampwork beads, most are one of a kind can not be replaced. However, we will gladly substitute the beads with a comparable item. For returns and exchanges, please email us and return the unworn item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned insured and in its original unworn condition. Upon receipt of the item, your money will be refunded, minus shipping and handling fees. Mommy, Grandma, Daddy, Bereavement, Personalized and Custom orders (i.e. resized and special orders), shipping fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
