~~~~~Payment~~~~~

I currently accept PayPal and Credit Cards as forms of payment. If you would like to use a different method, please contact me with the specifics and I will do my best to accommodate you.


~~~~~Shipping~~~~~

---US Shipping---
I ship my packages using USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Packages shipping within the United States come with a tracking number by default, but not insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me before placing your order.

---International Shipping---
I ship my packages using USPS Standard International Mail, which usually takes 2-4 weeks for most popular destinations (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.) or 4-8 weeks for other international destinations (South America, Asia, Africa, etc.). International packages DO NOT come with tracking numbers or insurance by default. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade shipping to include tracking, please contact me before placing your order.

I normally ship out orders with 72 hours of receiving your order, unless the item in a made-to-order item, which will take longer before shipping, please check the item description for more information about wait times for made-to-order items.


~~~~~Refunds and Exchanges~~~~~

Damaged Items - I take a lot of care packing my items with cotton padding, boxes, and bubble wrap so they are very, very rarely damaged in shipping but if you are concerned, please consider purchasing insurance which will completely cover you for any damage or loss of your items. Otherwise I will still consider exchanges for damaged goods on a case by case basis, I'm quite flexible and really want to work something out so everyone is happy, but refunds will only be offered if insurance is purchased.

Lost/Stolen Items - If your package is stolen or completely lost during shipping, and you did not buy insurance, I will not be able to reimburse you. I will do my best to replace the items at a reduced cost so no one is at a total loss, but I will not be able to offer a refund unless you purchase insurance, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

Received Wrong Items - If you are sent the incorrect item, I will exchange it for you for free, include a free gift with your corrected order as my apology, and reimburse you for the cost of sending the wrong item back to me.

General Returns - If you would like to return an item for any reason within 30 days of shipment, please contact me to send it back, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, shipping cost not included. **Custom made items have separate refund policies, please contact me for details**


~~~~~Clearance Items~~~~~

Clearance items are limited items or irregular in-stock items, and cannot be returned or exchanged. They are offered at extreme discounts, but are sold as-is and are not guaranteed like my regular in-stock items. If you are concerned about ordering any Clearance items, please contact me first and I would be happy to help.


~~~~~Additional Policies~~~~~

If you ask for a custom order, which includes picking specific colors for any of my Color Optional items, your order may have to be specially made, which can take up to 7 days (more if you're ordering several custom items at once). Please keep that in mind when waiting for your item to arrive.

Also, for custom orders, I do not begin working on the order until I receive payment in full, unless another payment schedule is discussed with me beforehand.


~~~~Care Instructions~~~~

-My clay charms are water resistant, but not water-proof, they can withstand an occasional splash or bit of rain, but they should not be worn in the shower/bath, while swimming, or any other situation that will completely submerge them in water.
-None of my items are intended for young children and can be choking hazards, please keep them away from children under the age of 5.
-None of my items are edible, even if they look like food or drink, please do not ingest any of my items.
-Bottled items are made of real glass, so please be careful with them.
-My signature goo should be stored at room temperature which should not exceed ~90 degrees F, over heating can cause the bubbles in your goo to disappear so do not leave your charms in a hot car!
