We accept PayPal payments. Payments must be received before we start making your order and ship it. Other payment arrangements can be made (payment with credit cards) - please contact us directly!
Shipping
All the parcels have a tracking number for you to see where your package is and to make its shipping transparent. Shipping to the US takes about 18-25 business days, as well as other international shipping takes 18-26 business days depending on your location. Delivery to Europe normally is a bit faster 15-23 business days. Faster delivery with EMS Russian Post is possible. Please contact us directly if this option isneeded. Delivery is beyond our control once we mail them at the post office. We cannot influence the speed of possible customs process in your country nor control any unexpected delays due to weather, accidents, bank holidays etc. Thank you for your patience and understanding :)
ANY ISSUES / CONCERNS WITH YOUR ORDER:
- Should you have any problems with your order when received contact us within 7 days. We will not address any issues brought to us after this timeframe.
- Please keep ALL packaging (bubbler, envelope, bags) to provide us documentation that we will need to determine what happened with your order. We will not be able to do a refund, exchange, resend of anything without this information.
We have very strict policies and double check all orders before they head out so any issues are very rare and we need to determine what happened with your order.
Refunds:
Reasonable refunds (MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES) are accepted for 7 days after items arrive.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED after 7 days..
Returned items have a 10% restocking fee
Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them in along with tracking. When I receive items that meet these conditions, We will gladly refund your money (minus shipping).
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for items LOST throughout their shipping but we will do what we can to accommodate your concerns, write all the official claims and appeals needed. We cannot control the shipping after we handed the parcels to the Postal Services.
Parcels are Handled by Russian Post in Russia and then by national posts of the countries where the parcels are shipped to.
