Jewelry will be mailed pending Paypal credit card approval or reciept of money order.

Shipping

All jewelry items are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Please contact us if you would like to have insurance added to your package prior to mailing. Items over US $50.00 are sent with a signature verification at the time of delivery.



We ship internationally to countries that allow jewelry and countries that are approved by Paypal. Due to customs and Paypal regulations we can not ship to Mexico, Italy, Nigeria, and select other countries. Buyer is responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes imposed upon by buyer's country.


International customs slip will be described as handcrafted jewelry items and/or accessories.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please give us the opportunity to address your concern. Your satisfaction is extremely important and we strive to provide you with jewelry that you will enjoy.

For returns and exchanges, please email us and return the unworn item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned insured and in its original unworn condition. Upon receipt of the item, your money will be refunded, minus shipping and handling fees.
