Payment Policy:
Full payment must be received before your order is sent out.
In the case of an extensive custom order, a deposit of 50% must be received before the beginning the order, and the remaining 50% is to be received before completed order is sent out.

Shipping Policy:
All orders are sent out with Canada Post and now include package tracking numbers!!!
Shipping to Canada and US vary 4-10 business days on average.
Any orders outside of Canada and US can take up to 6 weeks.

While we do our best to ensure your package reaches you on time, things can sometimes get stuck at customs or get lost. We will always resend or replace your order, in these cases.

Any Rush Shipping requires a PHONE NUMBER, so please include that with your order if there is any date restriction on your delivery!

Rush shipping is available through UPS, please inquire before placing order and shipping cost will be upgraded.

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our products (ie: costumes and cosplay-like clothing)
We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds, as to avoid customers essentially renting our product for the price of shipping.
If there is any issue with the quality of the product, please contact us to set up a repair or replacement.

Packages sent out with Canada Post have gotten delayed or gone missing in the past. Unfortunately with international shipping, this is an unavoidable issue. We will absolutely replace or resend any packages that have gone missing or get returned due to customs. However, due to the custom aspects of our items, we cannot refund the item, only replace or reship it.
All orders placed after November 6th will be shipped with UPS, as to avoid this issue in the future.

***To ensure your cost of shipping is covered in the case of repairs, please include a copy of the receipt in package.
