Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All jewellery needs some level of care to keep it looking perfect for as long as possible. Naturally as time goes on jewellery can discolour depending on care taken.
Please remember to remove your jewellery during tasks such a exercising, swimming, kitchen work, cleaning, bathing etc so your piece is protected from any discolouration or physical damage.
Put your jewellery on after applying make-up, hairspray, perfumes and lotion.
A polishing cloth works best for cleaning your jewellery, if not just a small soft cloth to gently wipe your piece.
Store your jewellery in a secure airtight box.

Warranty/ Repairs/ broken jewellery
Please note my jewellery is dainty and delicate so care must be taken when wearing my jewellery.
As with all jewellery there can be small breakages or a jump ring getting caught on clothing.
If your piece of jewellery purchased from Mucky Paws Jewellery breaks WITHIN the first TWO weeks, i will repair it free of charge. Just send us a message and post it back to us.
However if your piece should be damaged or broken outside this period i will charge a small fee to repair the item.
Just contact us if you have any problems with your jewellery purchased from us and we will try our best to help you.
