CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Cancellations, refund, or exchanges will NOT be accepted under any circumstances once this file has been downloaded. For business cards or Facebook sets, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will NOT be accepted once the customization/personalization has begun.
PRINTING TERMS:
I don't offer printing and shipping, all files are digital that YOU must print. You will receive your files with Bleed Setting for Professional Printing. All my designs are compatible for printing through Vistaprint, Overnight Prints, Fedex Kinko's, and Office Depot. If you plan to print your files elsewhere (Staples or at Home), please let me know. I will set up the Bleed for you.
