My policy is to ship within 2 business days of payment receipt, but most orders are sent out sooner. For custom orders, please allow additional lead time as stated in listing.

Return Policy: My wish is for you to be just as happy when you receive your new piece of jewelry or artwork as I was while creating it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. Should you decide to return your purchase, an exchange or full refund will be given. Any returns must be sent back to me within 15 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is to pay return shipping. Returned item must be in original condition and include all packaging.

Per CPSIA guidelines, items in my studio are not recommended or certified for children 12 years of age and younger. They are made of very tiny glass beads, often as small as 1mm.

My computer is color-calibrated and I have made every effort to show all items as true to their color as possible. Depending upon your monitor and lighting conditions while you are viewing, some colors may not be exactly as they appear on your monitor.
