Shipping: FREE shipping anywhere in the United States. I send orders out via First-Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like me to use a different shipping method, please contact me before you make your purchase and I will find out the additional shipping cost for you.

My policy is to ship within 2 business days of payment receipt, but most orders are sent out sooner. For custom orders, please allow additional lead time as stated in listing.

Payment: Payment should be made upon checkout. I accept payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this form of payment, and you are able to use any major credit or debit card. PayPal is fast and secure, and keeps your financial information private - even from me!

Return Policy: My wish is for you to be just as happy when you receive your new piece of jewelry or artwork as I was while creating it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. Should you decide to return your purchase, an exchange or full refund will be given. Any returns must be sent back to me within 15 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is to pay return shipping. Returned item must be in original condition and include all packaging.

Per CPSIA guidelines, items in my studio are not recommended or certified for children 12 years of age and younger. They are made of very tiny glass beads, often as small as 1mm.

My computer is color-calibrated and I have made every effort to show all items as true to their color as possible. Depending upon your monitor and lighting conditions while you are viewing, some colors may not be exactly as they appear on your monitor.
