Bead orders - Some beads may be made to order and have a 8 to 20 day turn around for shipping to get beads made, inspected and ready to ship.
Shipping - US Domestic - I use USPS First Class shipping with delivery confirmation.
I ship internationally at reasonable rates.
Shipping - International - I use USPS First Class International. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, vat or any other expense that may be added to your package entering your country. If you need to know what import or VAT taxes your country will charge you in advance, please check with your Post Office and/or government tax office.
Sales Tax - If you live in the state of Texas, the appropriate sales tax (8.25%) will be added to your order.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized my selling venues to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of handmade lampwork beads or jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.
