CARING for your PRODUCT
My product is very durable and functional but I always recommend hand washing. Wash with non abrasive soap, dry and allow to air dry for a while before packing away. This way, the product will preserve it's beauty for years to come.

I am open to queries so feel free to contact me. I have had to close my shop on Sunday's to have some downtime otherwise I'd be glued to work 24/7. I now have working hours of 9am - 8pm Monday to Saturday so if you email me thereafter, there might be delays.
Since the start of Beadz 2 Pleaz online, I have closed my shop 4 - 6 months out of every year to work on other projects and do not do any custom orders or shipping. I always announce it a month before, so take a look out for notices in my shop to avoid any dissappointment. I am always available and my shop remains open for communication so you are welcome to contact me. There might be slight delays in returning emails.
You are able to pay with a credit card via PayPal.
After a transaction is made, payment should be made no later than 3 days. If no payment is made within this time, the sale will be cancelled.
I use Fedex for most of my shipping within the USA and around the world. Once I receive payment, the item will take about 6 weeks depending on the size of the order, to ship out. Remember this is a MADE TO ORDER shop unless stated in the listing that is is ready to ship.
Custom orders may require longer due to increasing business. I'll keep you posted at all times. It's just me the Lone Star Beader doing all the beadwork so please bare with me. Rest assured, your product is being carefully put together for you. Please factor this time into your ordering process to avoid disappointment. If you do not let me know in the note to buyer when you are needing your product, I will assume that it is NOT needed in a rush and could extend the lead time so please leave detail in the note to seller section when purchasing.
Feel free to CONTACT me should you need your product urgently. I do work on a rush order system with added shipping costs.
Once a product is shipped out to you, I am not responsible for the package. With FedEx, there is a tracking number and it is up to you the customer to keep track once the tracking number is sent to you via email. PLEASE check your email that is supplied via ArtFire when purchasing to make sure it does not land up in spam.
International shipping sometimes requires taxes at the port of call. The purchaser is responsible for these costs.
Please make sure that your PayPal address and your ArtFire address match up when purchasing. Should these addresses not match up and you have not informed me of which address you would like me to ship to, I will automatically ship to your PayPal address. You can confirm this in the note to buyer or in an email to me when purchasing, to avoid any confusion.
If your PayPal needs to be updated, kindly do so before purchasing as NO address changes will be accepted after the transaction is complete. Should the package arrive at an invalid address, you will be liable for reshipment costs to retrieve your order. Thanks for understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your final product, and the product has not been used at all, you can return it within 7 days. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If I do not hear from you after 7 days, the sale is FINAL. Custom order are NOT refundable since they are made to your specifications.
Please note that I am not responsible for a package once it leaves my hands to the shipper.

If you would like this service, please email me BEFORE purchasing item/items from my shop. Please do not expect an item to be "dollied" up for gift giving, without contacting me first. I do not supply boxes with purchase for storing purposes. My items are purchased in bulk and do not come with boxes.

I charge $15 custom fee to cover my costs on custom orders.
