Before inquiring about a missing order please keep in mind that orders can sometimes take up to a month to be delivered depending on location.
-If your painting was damaged during shipping, contact us at once, keep all original packing materials, and we will file an insurance claim.
-We do not purchase insurance on prints.
They are packaged with absolute care so please note that we are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
However, if you contact us immediately after receiving the damaged prints, we will allow you to return them for replacement prints.
-Sorry but we do not accept returns because the color or the size doesn't work for you once you get the artwork home. Each computer monitor can show colors differently. If you have any questions about colors you must ask any and all questions before purchasing the piece.
