Shipping:
I will ship within 2-4 days of receiving cleared payment. Custom orders will ship upon completion. I ship using parcel post to save you money, but it does take 7-10 days to get there, if an item is needed sooner please let me know and we can arrange for quicker shipping. I can ship to Canada, by standard air mail. This will take approx. 3 weeks to arrive. If the shipping comes to less than charged, I will refund the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Custom Orders:
Custom orders will be started upon receiving payment. They can take up to 2 weeks for completion (most take only a couple of days).

8+ - 10 yards is $5.75 (Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope)
10+ - 30 yards is $12.35 (Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box)
30+ - 38 yards is $16.85 (Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box)

Shipping Rates (Minky):
Up to 2 Yards is $5.60 (Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope)
Up to 5 Yards is $12.35 (Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box)
Up to 7 Yards is $16.85 (Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box)

SHIPPING OVERCHARGES
I refund all shipping overages (over $.25) upon shipping package.

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, if you would like to purchase insurance, please leave a note in the Message to Seller, and I will update your invoice.
