PAYMENT- I accept paypal. If you need to pay by check or money order, please contact me. When paying by check or money order, the buyer must include an invoice/ note explaining the purchase made. Your immediate payment means I ship sooner. I do not ship until payment is received, this means a cleared check and echeck (if you have not used paypal instant pay).
SHIPPING - I ship with USPS first class mail. Upon your request we can arrange quicker shipping options if need be.Your paypal tracking info may not reflect the exact date your package is dropped in the mail.-In busy times SHIPPING CAN TAKE 21 BUSINESS DAYS, though It often only takes a week or two. Shipping out of the USA can take longer.

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-Buyer is responsible for all taxes,fees and requesting insurance.Without insurance, the buyer is responsible for lost or damaged items . My international shipping rates do not include insurance. If you want to purchase insurance or upgrade to priority mail, contact me before checking out. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Tracking is not available for regular international packages.

REFUNDS /EXCHANGES -I exchange any item returned in the same condition it was shipped , at my discretion. To exchange an item send it back in the same condition it was sent to you in. Make sure that you include a note explaining that you want to make an exchange and what you would like instead. THE NOTE IS IMPORTANT!
