Policies
Liminal Threads aims to send out your item within 1-3 days of receiving your order. If there are unforeseeable delays, you will be emailed regarding this.
For custom/commission work delivery times will be discussed due to items being made by hand and embroidered by hand (no machine embroidery).
For UK deliveries (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) items are posted via Royal Mail First Class, unless other arrangements have been made via email discussion.
USA and Rest of the World Delivery -
For orders outside the UK, items will be sent out First Class unless other arrangements have been discussed. Liminal Threads is not liable for any local Taxes/Duties that may be payable on International Orders. Should you make arrangements for another delivery method, this cost will be added to your final order.
If for some reason your parcel fails to arrive you should contact us and we will investigate this for you.
