Our products like Sterling Silver and Gold filled are purchased in U.S only, we do not purchased outside U.S though sometimes we have sterling that is stamp Italy and made in Italy.

I ship all items via first class mail usps-with tracking included.
If you want to upgrade it to priority mail and add insurance, please contact me regarding the fees.


RETURNS-
Your satisfaction is important to me, I want all my customers to be happy.
In some cases, I do accept returns I mistakenly send you different from your original order. The buyers are responsible in paying the fees returning the item to me.

The item should be the same as it was received, unworn, in original packaging.
You will get a refund minus the shipping fees.

NOTE: All custom made orders-hand stamped-different from my original design, all sales are final-no returns and no exchange.

EARRINGS-no returns for hygiene reason( I am sorry about this) I will never going to send anything that I myself will not use so I guarantee that you will like my products.
