Sterling silver bone and tube anklet, shipping costs one penny
How it was made:
The sterling silver tubes are cut first and drilled to accommodate 14 gauge wire. The 'bones' (the 14 gauge sterling silver wire) are heated red hot on both ends until a molten ball of silver forms. After cooling/pickling, the ends are forged (hammered) and then drilled.
Each one is connected with hand made jump rings that are soldered closed. Every other tube has been somewhat randomly drilled with 4 or more holes.
The bar connector is actually a tiny tube with a piece of sterling silver heated red hot to form molten silver balls to hold it on.
From the bar connector to the first circle at the other end is 9 ½ inches, 10 inches to the third circle.
