Payment is due preferably at time of purchase, but definitely within 3 days of your purchase. If you need to contact me because of a problem or question, please do that and don't leave me hanging. I need to reserve the right to cancel a sale that has been left unpaid and with no communication for over 3 days.
Shipping

Orders are normally sent out within 48 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) after receipt of payment.
All packages will be shipped to your PAYPAL address, please make sure it is correct. If you wish your items to be sent to a different address, please be sure to contact me.
Delivery normally takes 10-15 business days dependent on the customs and the postal service in destination countries.
Insurance is optional (payable by buyer) and available by request. It is highly recommended. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Insurance is the only way to protect your purchase during shipping. Send me a note requesting insurance and I'll send you a revised invoice.
