My goal is to make my buyer happy and if they're not happy with their purchase we can usually make arrangements for returns and a refund (minus shipping charges).

My shipping charges are extremely reasonable--I don't mark up the shipping to make more money--and reflect a tiny bit more than what I actually pay. If you need it faster, I can arrange it; if you are in the area and want to pick up your purchase to save shipping costs, we can arrange that, too.

Generally, on custom orders, I don't accept returns (because there are not many people with your initials, etc.) but I'm willing to discuss it with you and see if we can work out a compromise.

I use recycled shipping materials so you need to let me know if that's not acceptable.

If your purchase is a gift we can make the package super attractive (depending on your budget) but your purchase is generally wrapped in tissue and put in a tiny see-through gift bag (unless it's a gift for someone who's not quite so frilly then I'll put it in a small colored lunch bag).
