I will ship via US Postal Service within 3 business days from when payment is received. Insurance, tracking numbers/delivery confirmation or expedited shipping or shipping via another carrier are available for ADDITIONAL charges. Please, contact me PRIOR TO PAYMENT if you require any of these and I will issue a revised invoice.
If for any reason you experience irritation from a product, please discontinue use immediately and convo me for a full refund.
Items should arrive within 7-10 days of standard shipping to domestic customers. If you believe your item has been lost in shipping, or if you received it damaged, please contact me IMMEDIATELY and I will issue a refund. You must contact me no more than 4 WEEKS after shipped date for a lost or damaged item, or NO refund will be issued.
Refunds may be applied to the cost of an alternate product, but NOT towards shipping costs.
