If you wish for an item to be insured, please contact me before you buy and I will adjust the cost of shipping to include insurance. I ship most weekdays, but as I work craft shows on weekends, I generally do not ship on Saturdays. On Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, I will gladly refund the full price of the piece upon return receipt of item (except for custom pieces)properly packed and in the condition I sent it to you.
