Custom Orders: I am happy to do custom orders, however I require a 50% non refundable deposit up front. This money is used to order materials. As I move forward, I will send photos of my progress for your approval. Once your order is complete, I will request the remaining balance. A comment about sizes: I make a variety of jewelry and all my photos are taken at close range to give you a better view. This makes items appear larger than they really are-- which is why I include measurements in each of my listings. I am in the process of adding a ruler in my photographs as well. To give you an idea of sizing Ã?Æ'Ã+'Ã?¢ââEURšÂ¬Ã...¢Ã?Æ'ââ,¬Å¢Ã?âEURšÃ,½ in or .5 inch equals 12.7 millimeters or 1.3 centimeters. One Inch equals 25.4 mm or 2.5 cm. When in doubt, Google a conversion chart by putting in whatever measurement you have. Chances are you will find your answer in the first site. Thanks so much!

PACKAGING: Your jewelry will be wrapped in tissue, boxed, and gift wrapped. I usually include the invoice unless you tell me it is a gift. I am also happy to send it to another address if it is a gift.











DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Your jewelry will be shipped via First Class Domestic Mail or Priority Mail within 2 business days of payment clearance. There are no additional shipping fees when you purchase multiple items, so the more you buy, the more you save! You will be emailed the delivery confirmation number after I ship.















INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I will tissue wrap, box, bubble wrap and ship iyour jewelry in a padded envelope. I will email you the customs number after Ive shipped your item. If I have overcharged you buy more than one US dollar, I will issue you a refund for the difference. First Class International Mail usually delivers between 10 and 14 business days. Priority International Mail usually delivers between 6 and 10 business days. Please be aware of these dates if you have a deadline.Customs Charges: I am not responsible for customs charges.
