Details

Nausicaa, Princess of the Valley of the Wind, crocheted Earflap Hat is made to order. Made with soft acrylic yarn and metallic yarn for goggle lenses. Chin-strap is secured by buttons to both earflaps.

My Chihuahua Reba is stand-in for Teto, the Fox Squirrel.

Please use the following sizing guide when ordering:
0-3 mons. - 14
3-6 mons. - 15
6-12 mons. - 16
12-18 mos. - 17
18-24 mos. - 18
2T-4T - 19-20 (and give age)
5-preteen - 20-21 (and give age)
Teen and grownup - 22-23 or state head circumference.

I design and make all my own hats. They are fan art tributes, not licensed by corporations.

My designs are all in my head and on scribbled notes and sketches that are even hard for me to read, so I dont have any patterns to sell.

Hats and booties are knit or crocheted and embellished with crochet and embroidery techniques and buttons to be sturdy -- I never use felt or glue.
