Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style, and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item. any such defects or wrong items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. NO exceptions!

Please know that there may be color variations due to mock-ups, lighting and computer screen differences.

Shipping policy
Turn around time is 10-21 business days. This could be a few days longer or shorter depending on the time of year. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to complete. We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.
