ADDRESSES: We ship to residential, commercial and PO Box addresses throughout the Continental US.
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders generally ship via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail. For your convenience, we do ship to commercial and PO Box addresses at no additional cost. Please note, FedEx requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Items/orders weighing less than 10 pounds may ship FedEx SmartPost to be delivered by the United States Postal Service. Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering. *We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods at no cost to you".
RUSH SHIPPING: Orders ship via FedEx 2 Day service. Rush shipping is not available for PO box addresses.
All orders in the Continental US ship for 'FREE' using ground shipping services. The minimum flat rate charge for EXPEDITED SHIPPING to all zones within the Continental US is $13.95.
Ground Shipping Canada: $25 min. Orders generally ship via FedEx Ground Canada.
Orders shipped using FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, 1-5 business days. Allow 1-7 business days for UPS Ground Service. For USPS Parcel Post, 3-7 business days. USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business days.
Rush Shipping is guaranteed in 2 business days using FedEx 2-Day Air to all zones within the Continental US. We make every effort to prioritize the processing of rush shipments at our warehouse.
You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated for your order in our warehouse.
Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for a tracking number to register in the FedEx, UPS or USPS websites, as the carriers must scan the packages first. If you are still unable to track your order after 12 hours of receiving a shipment notification email, please contact us for assistance.
All orders ship from our state of the art warehouse/distribution center in Long Beach, CA.

INSURANCE & DAMAGE CLAIMS
All shipments are insured for their full replacement value. If you or your customer receive an item that was damaged or defective prior to or during transit, please contact us ASAP and fill out our company claim form to arrange for a full refund or replacement.
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with the purchase of your order, simply return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Products should be returned in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging - as much as possible. To initiate your return, please email us for instructions and title your email "Return Authorization Needed". Please include your order # and the reason for the return. For items that are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
For any item that arrives damaged/defective, we offer a free replacement or full refund at "no cost to you". DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Missing items?, or received the wrong item?, Simply return the order for a full refund or a replacement of the item(s) you didn't receive. For items that are defective, damaged or missing, contact us for our Company Claim Form. Once your claim form is received we will contact you with instructions. We will credit any refund to the original method of payment. If the item was purchased with a gift card, you will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be issued to your major credit/debit card or PayPal account.
