These Beautiful Autumn Leaves Collar Covers Scrunch up when place over your Pets Collar. It is a Vanilla Background with Colorful Falling Leaves. They are Created from 1 Piece of 100% Cotton Fabric folded in Half (raw edged towards the fold), then folded in Half again to Create 4 Ply Fabric, 2 Ply on each side of the Collar. The ends are then Stitched over with Decorative Scalloped Embroidery in Burgundy Thread that is also Embroidered along both of the Length Sides.
