They are Created from 1 Piece of 100% Cotton Fabric folded in Half (raw edged towards the fold), then folded in Half again to Create 4 Ply Fabric, 2 Ply on each side of the Collar. The ends are then Stitched over with Decorative Scalloped Embroidery in Electric Blue Thread that is also Embroidered along both of the Length Sides.
