We will email you confirming we received your order within 24 hrs and reply to any questions you may have asked us. If you have not received an email from us through artfire or ryver7@yahoo.com please check your junk box within your email. At times our message might not go into your inbox depending on your computer settings or personal device settings.
( 4 ) Attach the highest resolution photo(s) or design you want to customized on your photo panel
( 5 ) We’ll make professional photo edits to your picture ( if needed) and email you a preview of what your new photo panel will look like.
( 6 ) You approve or request changes to your photo panel design. When you're happy with it, we'll start making it!
Once approved, we process your order and get it shipped out!
SHIPPING DETAILS:
🚚***Item will be shipped from our location withing 1-2 weeks USPS Priority Mail (tracking information included).
We ship our items using USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days with tracking information. Once we create your shipping label we will email you the tracking information through artfire as well as USPS email system.
📦 If you want this to be delivered as a gift to a different address please email us at ryver7@yahoo.com to make sure we receive your shipping information quicker so it isn't sent to your address on your order form.

USPS delays may occur with your shipment if it is sent out for delivery during recognized National Holidays.
SHIPPING:

Most of our items are ready to ship out within 1-5 business days. Custom orders could take 1-2 weeks to be shipped to you, from the date we receive your custom order and request. If we have to order your custom item and wait for the item to be delivered to us for personalization, your item could take up to 2 weeks + for you to receive your item (we will keep you informed on the progress and expected delivery date).
We ship USPS Priority Mail 1 - 3 business days for items weighing over 16 ounces. (Tracking information will be sent to you by email the moment your item has shipped)
First Class items weighing under 16 ounces will be shipped First Class 3-5 business days. (Tracking Information will be sent to you in an email as soon as your package has shipped)
International Shipment:
We are now shipping International Orders and we typically get the orders sent out to be delivered after 1 week from purchase (have to fill out a lot more information for Customs). Delivery of items may take up to 30 days (this is what we are told by post office and most orders we sent are getting received by our customers in about 7-14 days from the date we ship it (depending on how fast customs get the package out)...we have no control over how fast they work and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return the item. We kindly ask that you return the item to us in the same condition and packaging as you received it. Return postage and shipping will be buyers responsibility. When we receive the item we will issue you a refund minus the shipping fees. We do not refund the shipping fees on any item.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We welcome your idea for an item you would like to have made for you to display in your home. If you wish to have a Custom Order Made-Just-For-You Please send us a message and we will see if it is something we can design for you on an item you see in our shop.
Specialty Embroidery Thread Type (metallic, shimmer/glitter, glow in the dark, solar color changing) will be an extra charge.
If we do not have the color you would like for your decor please send us a color request to see if we can find a better match suited to your embroidery needs.
