I have tried to contact this seller 3 or 4 times with no response. I have not received my order yet and can not get information on how to get it. It has been at least 20 days that the seller has had my money
Horrible! I asked several questions after I rcvd order. My first time ordering so naturally I had questions and no response what so ever! I purchased same item twice and no common courtesy from seller at all to assist with opening file as item never opened. Several people tried to open and nothing was in file. Horrible communication! Don't do it!
not impressed when i brought designs and cannot download them and have sent now a second email as i have had no reply from my first one.
Over 24 hours and still have not received digital files!
Will you be emailing me the download - or how do I open it?
