Shipping is always done through the United Postal Service generally 3-5 business from date of purchase. I generally always tend to do it within 3 days. Tracking is included in the shipping price in which upon completion of shipping your product, I will send you a tracking number. If you do not receive your item by the projected due date, please contact me and we will try to resolve the matter. For international orders, sometimes, especially with these orders, there comes a custom tax that I am not responsible for paying, That is the buyers responsibility. Again, if you do receive your order, please contact me and we will try to resolve the matter. However, in dealing with international orders, I am not responsible for a product that I shipped once it leaves U.S. soil. I cannot control what happens outside of the United States. I only have tracking numbers of the last destination before it leaves U.S.territory.
