Payment is accepted in the form of PayPal and Money Orders.

Payment is expected within 3 days of the initial order.

If you are paying by mailing a money order, please send me a message to let me know.

If I have not received payment within 3 days time, or a message from you that you are sending a money order, I will send a message to you. If payment is still not received after messaging you, then I reserve the right to cancel any order and re-list the items for sale.

Once I receive payment, I will mail your order to you and also send you an email that it is on its way including a delivery confirmation number for any US orders.

Sales tax will be charged to any orders being shipped in Arizona.

Priority mail and insurance is available upon request. Please message me if you would like to choose either of these options BEFORE you complete payment and I will send you a revised invoice.
Or, just add to cart my listing for Priority shipping and it will automatically be added to your order.
This option is also available to add insurance.

I cannot be responsible for orders lost in the mail. If you would like insurance on your package, please message me BEFORE submitting payment and I will send you a revised invoice including the price of insurance. You may also add insurance by choosing to add my insurance listing option to your cart with your order. Priority mail upgrade includes $50 insurance.

Free insurance is included for orders of $100 or more.

Priority mail complimentary upgrade is included with orders of 7 items or more. Items must be ordered in the same batch to receive this offer.

If you are ordering gifts for the Winter Holidays, please place your order 7 business days before you need it to arrive for domestic orders, and 14 business days before you need it to arrive for international orders since during this time the post office delivery services may or may not take more time.
Usually orders made from my shop arrive more quickly, however, during the Holidays, sometimes the post office is slower with shipping, and I want to be sure that all ordered gifts arrive in time.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to make high quality, well-made items that will last a long time.
I also do my best to package my shipments carefully so they will stay safe on their journey to you.

However, I cannot be responsible for an item lost or broken in the mail unless you have added insurance payment with your order.

I cannot be responsible for any items breaking due to misuse.

With reasonable wear and usage, my items should last for a very long time!
