After the purchase your invitation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours (Usually a lot sooner).

If you haven't received the email containing your invitation, please check your spam folder since emails often gets stuck to spam filters.

Due to the nature of digital items no refund can be issued after the delivery. If the delivery is not done and you want to cancel your order, you will be fully refunded within 1-3 days.

The first delivered file can be considered as the first draft. If you want any revisions please let us know and all your revisions will be made until you are fully satisfied with the results. If you want second or third round of revisions, you will need to make another purchase.

The invitations will be delivered as high resolution Jpeg files for ease of use. Two sizes of invitations are 4x6" and 5x7" since these are the most common invitation sizes that are supported by online printing companies.

After receiving the invitation you can print it using your home printer, local printing shop or any online printing service. You can print as many invitations as you need.

There may be very slight color differences due to monitor color settings.
