IMPORTANT NOTE:
Because all of our items are made to order, our delivery time is average 2-3 weeks and can vary. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me and I will let you know what I can do;)

SHIPPING:
All items are shipped boxed for easy gifting, and I am happy to ship items directly to your giftee at no extra charge if you like (international rates apply if shipped overseas).

US SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted, I ship USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included on larger orders at no extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted or discussed, I ship USPS International First Class. There is no tracking available with the lower priced service, but I do insure larger orders automatically

CUSTOM WORK:
I LOVE doing custom work and would be happy to work with you to create something special! I can also adapt any piece you see here if you would like different colours or materials...convo me anytime!! You can also fill out an alchemy request if you like.

PAIRS are available in any of my single earcuff designs, please convo for pair pricing and I will do a special reserved listing for you.

I accept exchanges or returns for shop credit as long as you notify me within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless the problem is a mistake I have made (wrong colour, wrong ear, etc).
