Get to Know
After retiring from an academic career (teaching college English and Humanities through the Arts), I have devoted myself full-time to jewelry. Other than making jewelry, my time is spent traveling, in art museums, cathedrals and temples, and with my family (including my two cats, Cluny and Cuervo). My jewelry is often inspired by my travels to India, Egypt, Greece, Paris, Africa, and Brazil and other wonderful places in the world as well as the USA. I live in the metro D.C. area, one of the most beautiful areas in the whole United States, and one of the most interesting. I work from my townhouse here, out of my 4th floor studio fully equipped with books, sofa, television, and a cat tree so that my two cats can "help."
