My name is LindaKay AKA (Kathleen)Pardee. I love to craft with many things from jewelry in all types of media, making kids clothing, Making one of a kind cards for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays, and lots of I'm thinking of you, Encouragement, Promotions in job and school, Farewell, bonvoyage, getwell and any other thing you can think of. My newest love is teaching my self quilting and learning free motion quilting on my small sewing machine. I am making jewelry, Pendants, Bracelets, Necklaces and Earrings. I have been making childrens clothing for both girls and boys from Birth to size 6 off and on for 45 years since my first daughter was born. I love sewing as it is very calming for me unless I am working on a deadline. I only use good quality fabrics such as Moda, Debbie Mumm, Mary Englebreit. I like to use coordinating fabrics as my outfits usually have 2 -6 pieces allowing them to be worn in 2-3 different ways. I make lots of pinafores and pantalooons, hats and bloomers.

My husband and I retired in 2005 and moved to WA state to be close to our two oldest kids and their familes in Olympia WA. We left behind our youngest daughter and her family in Southern CA. I miss them very much but they try to come every other Christmas. We also travel to CA a couple of times a year.

We live on the Northern most tip of Puget Sound less than a block from the water in a beautiful place called Carlyon Beach. It is a small private community of great people of all ages.

My husband Gene and I are quite involved in things in our community. I lead a craft day once a month, and I'm in charge of the Annual Craft Fair. We just finished a stint as the Co-leaders of the Digital Camera Club part of Olympia Camera Club. We enjoy monthly meetings and field trips with the club. We have also just finished hunting for a new church the past 9 months. We have found a new home church, Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Shelton, WA.
