Get to Know

I was introduced to the world of ceramics by my parents in the early 80's. I have always been a crafter at heart, at a young age I learned to sew (another passion), knit, crochet and draw. Some of these things were monumental tasks considering my teachers were right handed and I am a southpaw.

Not long after finding the world of ceramics I had the opportunity to attend classes and seminars, I learned all I could from the best in the field and became a certified instructor. I keep up to date with the changes in the industry by attending continuing education seminars and trade shows.

I am also a collector of tea bag holders. After finding only drab, dull & lifeless teapot style tea bag holders I decided I'd make my own from clay. One thing led to another and soon I began a quest to find as many unusual tea bag holder casting molds as I could. But what is a tea bag holder without a teapot and other accessories? I also create a variety of slab clay hand built pieces and hand cast clay slip ceramics that will compliment areas of your home, office, garden and patio.

Thank you for visiting my shop and I know you will find something you just can't live without!
