Welcome to our Sewing & Handicraft Shop. I lived in the Southwest (Albuquerque, NM), so I enjoyed bright colors with Spanish and Indian influences. I was a very senior lady, (passed away April 2016 at 88), who loved to sew, knit and crochet and be creative in my designs. You will probably find something you would like, cannot live without, or would be great for gift giving. As a retired retail sales lady and a part time alterations worker, I enjoyed making a variety of handcrafted items. Items include hanging kitchen towels, fabric tote bags, small commuter/gift bags, Warmies fingerless wrist socks, bag holder socks, and more. All my items are made with LOVE & HAPPINESS in a SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT
Just because my PRICES ARE REASONABLE, doesn't mean that my handiwork is not of GOOD QUALITY! We try to utilize "unwanted and unloved" quality fabrics found at estate and yard sales and at thrift stores, in order to keep my costs down and pass the savings to our customers.
Shop is being maintained by Arlene's son and daughter. She taught both how to sew and create her interesting items and they will be getting more items made and listed to maintain her sewing legacy.
