Hello everyone! These days, more and more Brides are turning to the industry of Handmade to personalize and individualize the most important day of their lives. As a Bride once, I shunned the run-of-the-mill routine, resorting to making my own heirloom garters, Spanish Mantilla Veil, ring bearer's pillow and lace hanky. Soon, in-laws, relatives and friends began flooding me with their requests.

Gibson Girl Designs was born on Etsy in November 2009. Since then, I've had many Brides with whom I had the pleasure of sewing unique yet tasteful garters for their Weddings. It is the most rewarding experience to make Brides shine like the gem of a woman they are through my handmade garters and accessories.

Now I'm honored to be part of the Artfire Community and am just as excited as you are to browse and admire the works of different handmade artists.
