I live in Salem, Oregon half the year and the other half in Goodyear, Arizona. Love that sunshine!! I was an Art Teacher before retirement. I found that I still wanted to do something in the art field and choose jewelry making. The art fairs were cram packed with jewelry makers and the competition was fierce (and still is). So many people wanted to know how to make jewelry and where to buy the supplies that I decided to sell my brass stampings. My best sellers are the pieces that I patina with a rich verdigris finish.

In the summer I take time to enjoy family and mini vacations, work on my jewelry designs and my web site. I have recently opened my own web site filigreeandme.com but Im keeping my shop at Art Fire because I enjoy the community feel here. All my brass stampings and findings are made in the USA. I buy raw brass in bulk and then age it myself to different patinas. It is dirty work but I enjoy it! I attend many Gem Faires and bead shows to show and sell my findings. I sell in Tucson, Santa Fe, Costa Mesa, Tacoma, Pasadena, San Diego and Salt Lake. Perhaps one day I will meet you!
