I am a self-taught chef, single mom and free-lance writer. I was raised and still reside in the south suburbs of Dayton, Ohio. I have been cooking since I was tall enough to stir my mom's chili with the help of a step stool and have been baking and making candy since I was 5. I currently work as the kitchen manager of a local sports bar and run my bakery as an additional income. When time allows, I am also an avid writer, aspiring photographer and part time crafter.
